Call transfer to another extension

There are different ways to transfer a call:

1. Using Dial Codes:

Enter *1 to transfer a call to another extension.

2. Using a Physical Desktop Phone:

Initiate the transfer by pressing the Transfer soft key, then dial the desired extension number. Press the Transfer soft key again to complete the process.
